Muthoot Finance has approved the settlement and allotment of US$ 600 million 6.375% Senior Secured Notes due 2030 under the US$ 2 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme pursuant to Regulation 144A/ Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act, 1933.
