At board meeting held on 28 August 2025

The board of Schneider Electric Infrastructure at its meeting held on 28 August 2025 has approved the following:

1) 2) Resignation of Suparna Banerjee Bhattacharyya, from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective from closure of business hours on 15 September 2025; and

Appointment of Omkar Prasad as Chief Financial Officer (designated as Key Managerial Personnel & Senior Managerial Personnel) of the Company w.e.f. 16 September 2025.
