IIFL Finance allots 1.25 lakh equity shares under ESOS

IIFL Finance has allotted 1,25,000 equity shares under ESOS on 26 August 2025. Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stands increased from 310135219 to 310260219 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
