Borosil allots 1,848 equity shares under ESOS

Borosil has allotted 1,848 equity shares under ESOS on 19 August 2025.

Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 11,95,53,159 divided into 11,95,53,159 equity shares of the face value of Re.1/- each.
