VRL Logistics allots 8.74 cr equity shares under bonus issue

VRL Logistics has allotted 8,74,68,495 bonus equity shares of Rs 10/- each in the ratio 1:1 on 14 August 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 17,49,36,990 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
