MCX Morning Wrap: Base metals tumble, Copper tanks more than 2%

Base metals fell sharply today, lead by a deep slide in Copper on the MCX in morning trades today. MCX benchmark Copper futures tanked 2.30% to trade at Rs 877 per kg, with highs near Rs 885 per kg mark capping the upmove. MCX Aluminum futures slipped 0.67% to trade at Rs 252.15 per kg. MCX Zinc futures lost 0.80% to trade at Rs 265.40 per kg. MCX Lead futures shed 0.58% to trade at Rs 180.05 per kg.
