Ajanta Pharma has allotted 23,525 equity shares under ESOP on 28 July 2025. In view of the above, the paid-up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 24,98,71,248 consisting of 12,49,35,624 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
