Board of Jai Corp recommends special dividend

Jai Corp announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 July 2025, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 5 per equity Share (i.e. 500%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
