V-Mart Retail allots 13,328 equity shares under ESOS

V-Mart Retail has allotted 13,328 equity shares under ESOS on 24 July 2025.

With the allotment of the above shares, the total number of equity shares of the Company stands increased from the present level of to 7,93,73,804 to 7,93,87,132 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
