Aditya Birla Capital allots 3.43 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 3,43,749 equity shares under Aditya Birla Capital Limited Employee Stock Option and Performance Stock Unit Schemes. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 26,10,87,72,710 (i.e. 2,61,08,77,271 equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each).
