ITC allots 45.39 lakh ordinary shares under ESOS

ITC has allotted 45,39,620 ordinary shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes. Consequently, with effect from 11 July, 2025, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 1252,20,81,761/- divided into 1252,20,81,761 Ordinary Shares of Re 1/- each.
