Axis Bank allots 1.18 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 118,404 equity shares under ESOP on 09 July 2025. The paid-up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs. 6,202,702,260 (3,101,351,130 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 6,202,939,068 (3,101,469,534 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
