L&T Energy Green Tech, a wholly owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro, has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary - Panipat Green Hydrogen (PGHPL) on 30 June 2025. This intimation is being issued by the Company, pursuant to receipt of Certificate of Incorporation of PGHPL today.
