Lupin allots 20,653 equity shares under ESOP

Lupin has allotted 20,653 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 2/- each on 24 June 2025 under ESOP.

In view of the above, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs 91,34,32,246 consisting of 45,67,16,123 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
