The Board of Everest Industries on 16th June 2025 have accepted and taken on record the resignation of Mr. Rajesh Josh from the position of Managing Director & CEO of the Company designated as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and this resignation shall be effective as of close of business hours on 12th September 2025.
