AU Small Finance Bank allots 1.32 lakh equity shares under ESOP

AU Small Finance Bank has allotted 1,32,868 equity shares under ESOP on 06 June 2025. The paid-up equity share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 7,44,81,95,580 to Rs. 7,44,95,24,260.
