Board of Bank of India recommends final dividend

Of Rs 4.05 per share

Bank of India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 9 May 2025, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4.05 per equity Share (i.e. 40.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
