Board of Mahindra & Mahindra recommends final dividend

Mahindra & Mahindra announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 5 May 2025, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 25.3 per equity Share (i.e. 506%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
