Kinetic Engineering has received the In Principal Approval Letter dated 26 March 2025 from BSE or the issue of 1,03,56,725 warrants convertible into 1,03,56,725 equity shares of Rs.10/- each at a price Rs.171/- to promoters and non- promoters on a preferential basis.
