Brigade Enterprises allots 1.22 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Brigade Enterprises has allotted 1,22,430 equity shares under ESOP on 29 January 2025. The paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs.2,44,25,21,740/- to Rs.2,44,37,46,040/- due to the aforesaid allotment.
