Sammaan Capital allots NCDs aggregating Rs 49 cr

Sammaan Capital has allotted 4,900 Secured, Rated, Listed, Taxable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value Rs. 1 lakh each, aggregating to Rs. 49 crore, on a private placement basis on 28 January 2025.
