Sona BLW Precision Forgings has allotted 2,000 equity shares under ESOP on 23 January 2025. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 6,21,44,21,250 consisting of 62,14,42,125 equity shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up.
