Wipro allots 2.40 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Wipro has allotted 70,612 equity shares under ADS Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 and 1,69,748 equity shares under the Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2007 on 16 January 2025, pursuant to exercise of ESOPs.
