MCX Morning Wrap: Gold sees steady gains, Silver nears Rs 91K mark

MCX Gold futures are witnessing steady gains today after ending on a flat note in last session. The counter moved up after steady upmove and hit a high of Rs 74440 per 10 grams. It currently trades at Rs 78400 per 10 grams, up 0.32% on the day. The counter saw a sharp 24.60% fall in volume yesterday along with a 3.79% drop in open interest. MCX Silver futures are trading at Rs 90872 per kg, up 0.35% on the day after briefly falling in negative territory in early moves. It approached near Rs 91K mark thereafter as momentum stayed supported following a flat closing in last session.
