The Board of Jindal Worldwide at its meeting held on 07 January 2025 has accepted the resignation of Durgesh D. Soni (ICSI A38670) from the position of Whole Time Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel to be effective from 8 January 2025.
