Nuvama Wealth Management has allotted 1,960 equity shares under ESOS on 10 December 2024.

Upon allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased from 3,58,70,936 equity shares to 3,58,72,896 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each.
