NTPC Green Energy and ONGC Green set up new JV 'ONGC NTPC Green'

NTPC announced the incorporation of ONGC NTPC Green on 18 November 2024 as a 50:50 joint venture of NTPC Green Energy (NGEL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTPC and ONGC Green (OGL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation.
