Board of Amara Raja Energy & Mobility recommends interim dividend

Amara Raja Energy & Mobility announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 4 November 2024, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 5.3 per equity Share (i.e. 530%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
