Shilchar Technologies allots 38.13 lakh equity shares under bonus issue

Shilchar Technologies has allotted 38,13,400 bonus equity shares in ratio of 1:2. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 11,44,02,000 comprising 1,14,40,200 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
