Jana Small Finance Bank allots 16,590 equity shares under ESOP

Jana Small Finance Bank has allotted 16,590 equity shares under ESOP on 07 June 2025. With the said allotment, the paid-up equity shares of the Bank shall stand increased from 10,51,60,114 shares of Rs. 10 each to 10,51,76,704 shares of Rs. 10 each.
