Grasim Industries allots NCDs aggregating Rs 1,000 cr

Grasim Industries has allotted 1,00,000 - 6.56% Fully Paid, Unsecured, Listed, Rated, Redeemable, Rupee Denominated, Non-Convertible Debentures of Face Value of Rs 1,00,000/- each (6.56% GIL 2030, Series I) aggregating to Rs 1,000 crore, on private placement basis on 06 June 2025.
