Afcons Infrastructure has appointed Dimitrius D'Mello, as Functional Head in charge of Supply Chain Management of the Company and designating him as Director (Commercial & Special Initiatives) as well as categorising him as Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from 05 June 2025.
