WTI Crude holds near $63 per barrel

WTI Crude oil futures stayed largely supported today after soaring around 3% yesterday as weak US dollar and steady equities helped the commodity. WTI Crude is currently quoting at $63 per barrel, up 0.75% on the day. Meanwhile, in Asia, Chinese Shanghai Composite index rose 0.43%. Hong Kong's Hang Seng index gained 1.53% amid strength in tech counters. Japanese NIKEEI index eased 0.22%. European indices fell marginally but overall mood was steady. The US stocks edged up on Monday as the US Fed Chair Jerome Powell failed to comment on the US economic outlook amid market uncertainty due to Trump tariffs.
