Varun Beverages allots 51,202 equity shares under ESOP

Varun Beverages has allotted 51,202 equity shares under ESOP on 02 June 2025. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up shares of the Company is increased from 338,18,65,692 equity shares to 338,19,16,894 equity shares having face value of Rs. 2/- each.
