Board of Dynamic Cables approves bonus issue of 1:1

The Board of Dynamic Cables at its meeting held on 30 May 2025 has approved increase in authorised share capital from Rs 25 crore to Rs 50 crore. The Board also recommended bonus issue of 1:1.
