MCX Morning Wrap: Base metals gain, Zinc spikes 1%

Base metals gained on the MCX in morning trades today. MCX benchmark April Copper futures are up 0.24% to trade at Rs 864.80 per kg. The counter slipped near Rs 863 per kg in early moves and is locked in an overall tight range. MCX Aluminum futures rose 0.53% on the day to trade at Rs 238.85 per kg. MCX Zinc futures added 1% to trade at Rs 257.95 per kg. MCX Lead futures are up by 0.14% at Rs 178.95 per kg.
