Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services to acquire 16.67% stake in Mobileware

The Board of Directors of Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services in its meeting held on 07 February 2025 has approved the acquisition of 16.67% of equity shares from the promotors of Mobileware Technologies.
