EPL allots 8,596 equity shares under ESOS

EPL has allotted 8,596 equity shares under ESOS. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 63,74,61,312 divided into 31,87,30,656 equity shares (having face value of Rs. 2 each).
