Shriram Finance issues CCS equity call option notice to Kotak Mahindra Investments

To sell 40,000 CCDs of Shriram Housing Finance to Sriram Finance

In respect to the option agreement, between the Company, Kotak Mahindra Investments and Shriram Housing Finance, high value debt listed non-material subsidiary of the Company on 29 March 2024 with respect to unrated, unlisted, unsecured, compulsorily convertible debentures of nominal value of Rs.1,00,000/- each (CCDs) of Shriram Housing Finance, Shriram Finance has issued CCD equity call option notice to Kotak Mahindra Investments to sell to the Company all 40,000 CCDs of aggregate nominal value of Rs.400 crore.
