AU Small Finance Bank allots 3.17 lakh equity shares under ESOP

AU Small Finance Bank has allotted 3,17,883 equity shares under ESOP on 25 November 2024. The paid-up equity share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 7,43,76,18,730 to Rs. 7,44,13,37,560.
