Prime Securities allots 5,000 equity shares under ESOP

Prime Securities has allotted 5,000 equity shares under ESOP on 16 November 2024. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 16,77,64,125/-, comprising 3,35,52,825 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each.
