Ramkrishna Forgings allots 3.35 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Ramkrishna Forgings has allotted 3.35 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants on 09 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 36,43,40,034/- consisting of 18,21,70,017 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 2/-each.
