IDFC FIRST Bank allots 23.16 lakh equity shares under ESOS

IDFC FIRST Bank has allotted 23,16,341 equity shares under ESOS on 09 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 86,13,22,54,160/- comprising of 8,61,32,25,416 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up.
