Board of Asian Paints recommends Interim Dividend

Asian Paints announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 November 2025, has recommended a Interim Dividend of Rs.4.50 per share (i.e.450%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
