Foseco India allots 11.50 lakh equity shares on preferential basis

The board of Foseco India approved the allotment of 590,744 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each to Morganite Crucible and 5,60,056 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each to Morgan Terrassen B.V., on preferential basis, for consideration other than cash.
