Board of HDFC Bank recommends special interim dividend

HDFC Bank announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 July 2025, inter alia, have recommended the special interim dividend of Rs 5 per equity Share (i.e. 500%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
