Shoppers Stop allots 53,024 equity shares under ESOP

Shoppers Stop has allotted 53,024 equity shares under ESOP on 17 July 2025. Post allotment of these shares, the share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 55,05,60,525 divided into 11,01,12,105 shares of Rs. 5/- each.
